What is Post Offer Employment Testing?
Post Offer of Employment Testing (POET) assists employers in reducing injuries and employee turnover by improving the pre-hire screening process for prospective hires. Each assessment is structured specifically for each employer and their positions with respect to the unique physical job demands. The POET tells an employer if a potential hire can safely and reliably meet the demands of the position for which they are being considered. We have conducted POETs for Heavy Equipment Operators, Electricians, Carpenters, Laborers, Plumbers, Millwrights, Airline, and Airport workers.
